Our Privé Wig Customization Add-On is designed for clients who want a polished, intentional look before their unit ships. This service allows your Seamless Privé unit to be professionally customized with a precision haircut and part placement, so your wig arrives styled, shaped, and ready to wear.

Each unit is customized by trained professionals with great care to maintain balance, structure, and the overall integrity of the hair. This service is ideal for clients who want a finished look upon delivery while still allowing room for personal adjustments once the unit is received.

 What This Service Includes

• Professional haircut customization

• Part customization, side or middle

• Light styling and curling for presentation

• Completed prior to shipment for convenience

What This Service Does NOT Include

• Lace customization

• Lace cutting or lace trimming

Please note that lace cutting and lace customization must be completed by the client to ensure proper fit and placement for your individual hairline and preference.

Styling Disclaimer

Units are cut and styled as part of this service; however, this is 100% human hair. Due to the nature of human hair, curls may relax or drop during transit and with handling. Additional styling may be required upon receipt.

Important Processing Time Notice

PLEASE NOTE: This customization service adds a 7 to 14 business day processing and turnaround time before your unit is shipped.

Orders with customization will not ship until all services have been completed.

Customization Disclosure

Due to the unique nature of face shapes, face framing is not included with any customization service. You may need to slightly trim or adjust the face area to best complement your individual face length and width.

Final Sale Policy

All customization services are nonrefundable and non transferable.
